Remove Program difficulty

I wish to remove a program from my laptop. The program is Weatherbug. It
does not appear in the Add/Remove Programs list.

Using Windows Explorer I have tried to Delete the Weatherbug files and
folders. This does not work because all files are marked "Access Denied."

Where can I find the Attributes to these files so that I can change them?

Is there anything else I can do? This program is causing me all kinds of
problems.

After you remove Weather Bug, you may want to use Weather Pulse instead.

It is a "free" program. It is not adware. It does not show you any ads.
There are not any hidden surprises included with the download - if you get
it from the developer

If you get it elsewhere I wouldn't be too sure.

I have been installing this on every computer I build for others, and on
most computers I repair (after telling my customers about it).

I have not had any negative feedback on this excellent little program
