Uninstalling files not found

I had a program installed that came with WeatherBug I
believe, and as part of the install process I recieved
some sort of "couponsandoffers" program which appears in
my Add&Remove Programs window, yet when I go to remove it
I recieve the following message:
"WJView Error
Error: Could not execute Main: The system cannot find the
file specified."

Probably because these are considered spyware and programs such as
Ad-Aware and SpyBot will remove these. You will have to edit the
registry in order to remove those from the list or use TweakUI to remove
it from the list. This can be found by a simple google search for
TweakUI Powertoy XP
