Remove Older Version Files?

I just installed WinXP over Win2K. I have a feeling that there are a lot of
Win2K-specific files still on my C: drive. Any easy way to remove the ones I
don't need? (I have no intention of going back to Win2000.)

There might be some old log files and such, but it's not worth trying to
figure out which ones you can delete. Important system files have been
replaced.
