Remove .Net from User account?

How does onw go by when you dont want windows to logon
to .net with your account. This damn window kept whowin
upp wanting me to connect my accont to .net. So i did. and
now my computer takes 10 minutes to start before i can get
to my logon screen!!!!!
 
Go to control panel
Click on User Accounts
Click on Administrator
Click Manage my Network Passwords
Click on .Net and remove it
