remove manilla popup attached to pointer help me

how is the information popup that has filename and other
info attached to the pointer everytime the pointer is on
something be turned off??????????? it is annoying!

It depends. Changing this setting will remove some of them:
Folder Options> View
Remove check next to "Show popup description for folder and desktop items."
