Remove Internet Connection Wizard

Hi,

I've created a Win2K SP4 Terminal Server that only uses temporary profiles,
so after each logoff all settings and temp files are deleted. The start menu
is limited to some items but I have some problems with disabling the
internet connection wizard (ICW).

Each time a users logs on, the ICW is started. Due to restricting policies
the execution of the ICW is not allowed and therefor shows a pop-up that
tells the users he or she has insufficient rights to execute. After clicking
OK all works fine except that the users gets the Address Book in the
Accessoiries group and Internet Explorer and Outlook Express in the Programs
group.

How can I block any activity of the ICW and creation of the three itmes in
the start menu without popping up an error message???

Thanks in advance.
