disable Internet Connection Wizard, configure IE via GPO

Hi all,

I have disabled ICW via GPO. Now when a newly created user tries to run IE,
he gets an error:

"You are restricted from running the Internet Connection Wizard. Contact
your Network Administrator for more information."



Is there an easy way to configure all users to bypass ICW altogether and run
IE ? I couldn't find such option in Group Policy. Is there a registry hack?
If there is, how can I apply it on the entire domain?

I have not tried it, but there is a place in Group Policy to configure
connections under user confiuration/Windows settings/Internet Explorer
maintenance/connection. --- Steve
