Remove/install programs

I have a HUGE problem.

I can't access my remove/install program dic.
( You where you can delete programs you have installed...)

No matter what I do, I can't. Not from the admin account
or from reg users.

Can anyone help with that?

I don't get any errors or nothing...it doesn't open at all!
When i click on it, it doesn't open! Nothing happends!

Are you running anti-virus software? If not, install some and scan.

I have tried that many times, nothing comes up!

No viruses or anything. System is working fine!

Reinstall the latest service pack.

There's a bit of freeware I've found to be better than the add/remove
programs cp applet - add remove +

You download the Service Pack from the Microsoft site, then
double-click it!
