Remove Information Flyouts

I have never thought of this before but is there a way to remove the
information flyouts that appear when using explorer? The information blocks
other file listings and I guess it never even came to mind that it might be
possible to remove them.
I have already tried to remove the help bubble regedit but that is not
the solution.

Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab > Uncheck "Show Pop-up descriptions .."

Click ok
