REMOVE FROM LIST

I CAN NOT REMOVE A PROGRAM USING ADD AND REMOVE PROGRAMS.
EVERY TIME I ATTEMPT TO REMOVE IT FROM THE LIST IT JUST
FLASHS AND DOES NOT MOVE

First - please do not post in all CAPS as it appears you're shouting
and generally is hard to read.

Re-install the program that you wish to remove, and then attempt to
remove it again by using add\remove from Control Panel.
