If it's a dual boot ... the partition that W2K is on maybe hidden.
Check Administrative Tools | Computer Management and check under Disk
Management.
See if it shows what partition W2K is on.
The Boot.ini will also show you that ... you can then assign a letter to the
partition and then access it.
