Hi,
I wanted to remove all the lists under my "to" option which i do not use.
When enabling a list i went to properties and checked "show folder as emain
address book" so i believe i would just un check it now. But i can't seem to
find the All address list so i can uncheck it and it's sub folders.

Thanks,
Matt

There isn't an All Address list - unless you're on Exchange, in which case
you can't get rid of it, nor should you.

For Outlook contacts folders, you need to find any/all contacts folders
you've created, and do exactly as you've said - untick the box to show the
folder as an address book - or, go to the properties of the Outlook Address
Book service and remove them there.

Methods vary by version. When you post in here, always include your version,
SP level, and mode (if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this
information in Help | About. Also include the type of mail account(s) you
use and any other pertinent details.

Thank You for your response.
