Remove ad server offline

How do i remove a ad server that has crashed? So i cannot use the dcpromo
tools does it exist any other tool?

If the server cannot be *normally* demoted using DCPROMO, try DCPROMO
/FORCEREMOVAL

If the server has completely crashed, recover it from backup.

If the server cannot be recovered from backup, remove all references to it
from the directory (Perform Metadata cleanup) and reinstall another.
