Remove a computer from the network

I need a script that would remove a computer from the
network when it becomes infected with a virus. I think the
best way to do this is to kill one of the processes that
allow connection. Anbody have any good ideas.

The process will probably restart itself. If the client machines are only
using one network transport protocol - let's say TCP/IP, you can simply
change the subnet mask of the PC - that way it'll be off the net.
