Removal of DC's from AD users and computers

For some reason I still have several DC's showing up in
AD users and computers after they have been demoted. Most
of them were demoted a long time ago but were never
removed from the Domain Controlers folder.

Run ntdsutil w/ metadata cleanup to "see" if they are still in AD
metadatabase somewhere, and if they are, remove them using the article
below. If they don't show up there, still use the bottom part of it to run
adsiedit to remove the remains.
