How to demote NT 4.0 Server(DC) from AD

I have one NT 4.0 server(domain controller) on AD. Other domain controllers
are Windows 2000/2003 based servers. How to demote NT 4.0 Server(DC) from AD?

Just shutdown the NT4 DC and remove its computer account ffrom the
domain. After you have done that with all NT4 DCs you increase the
domain/forest functional level
