Remotely enable IPC$/admin$ Share

I think this is a dead end, but here goes just in case.

Does anyone know of any tool that is capable of remotely enabling the
IPC$/admin$ share of Windows XP SP2? Obviously I know the username and
password of an account that has admin priviliages on that pc.

FYI, I am trying to administrate a machine located in our factory in
China from London, but pstools tells me the admin$ share is disabled.
