Remotely connect to Vista home edition from XP S2 machiine

I wish to connect to a Vista home edition PC that is connected to the
internet via an aol broadband connection. The Vista machine has its Windows
security all turned on. Its user in non technical.
I am working from a XP (2002) Home edition S2 PC connected via a router to a
cable broadband connection. My XP machine has Zonealarm firewall running. i
want to be able to manage the Vista PC to enable its user to solve a problem
with some software issues.
