remote shutdown

i want to use this:

from cmd line: shutdown -s -f -m \\remotemachinename

but i get an access denied error. I wasn't able to find this at MSKB.

Do you have administrative access to the remote computer? If the remote
computer is running XP Home, or XP Pro with Simple File Sharing enabled, you
don't.

ok the other machine is xp home. thanks.

Do you have administrative access to the remote computer? If the remote
