Remote Procedure Call Service

I keep getting a message while surfing the net which
states that my computer will close down in 1 minute. It
tells me it is due to the "Remote Procedure Call Service
Terminated Unexpectedly". My PC then restarts itself.
Pretty annoying when it does it every five mins or so.
Any answers???

Asked and answered MANY times (Hint: scan the ng for similar problems/answers
before posting).
