Remote procedure call failed

Hi all.

I am trying to install the latest WDM driver from Ati but the install
freezes at the start and eventually produces the following notification:
"Setup failed to run installation. Remote procedure call failed." The
installation package is "InstallSheild". Ati have basically told me to its a
installation package error and not their problem. Their other drivers
install correctly using the same package so I can't understand this problem.

my system is AMD2000xp, radeon 9200 se, 512Mb ram, windows xp sp2
