remote procedure call error

This error keeps popping up on a fresh install of windows
xp pro system. How do I fix this problem?

thank you for the info, its strange though, its a fresh
hard drive and fresh install too.

If you're connected to the internet, and not patched you could be hit with
this worm.
This blaster worm roams around, and searches for vulnerable computers.
And once it finds one it'll latch on to your computer and do it's thing.

This is why it's important to run a firewall on your computer and take the
necessary steps to protect your computer.
