remote problem

I work in support and I have a problem when i login to one
of my remote servers all I can see is the back ground and
the mouse. and that is all why dose this happen?
 
It sounds like your session is hung or frozen on that
server and you keep re-connecting to it. Check in TS
manager and re-set it.
