REMOTE PRINTER

Hi everyone,
Seasons Greetings

I am trying to help a friend print remotely. All computers are running XP Pro. I can connect to her home or work computer remotely and print no problem. Her computer shows my printer (an Epson 720 Stylus). When she connects from her home computer to the work computer it will not show her printer which is a HP PSC 1200. I have gone over all the settings between the three computers and as far as I can tell all the settings are the same so I am confused why the remote connection between her two computers does not show her printer. I have also made sure that the remote connection GUI does have printer access ticked. What else should I check?

TIA

How are you trying to access this REMOTE Printer? Are you using TCP/IP
port? IF so then check your IP port as this might not be correct.

Also, if there is a firewall then this might restrict you to access the
printer. You need to create an exception for printers and file sharing
in Windows Firewall.
