Remote PDA Synch

When my network was all one domain, synching PDA's was easy-drop it in its
cradle, and through a PC it would pick up mail from Outlook. Now I have
remote users that do all their work on a W2K Terminal Server over the
Internet (TSAC clients). Not physically being in the domain anymore, they
cant synch. There are products like OneBridge Mobile Groupware from
www.extendedsystems.com but it is way too expensive for a lowly non-profit
organization. Got any ideas on how I can do this? Thanks so much!!

This isn't a domain problem. The problem is that terminal
services doesn't support port mapping, so the terminal
server can't talk to the client's Palm correctly. You
need to either upgrade to Windows 2003, which will work
natively, or you could purchase Citrix MetaFrame (or other
third party application), which will also map the client's
COM ports for you.
