Remote not connecting Major Help !!!!

I have a Windows 2003 server and a Windows 2000 terminal server. I have a
remote location logging in to the Terminal server and 6 people there do not
have a problem. If I log into the TS from my office I can without any
problems. I used to be able to login from my house without a problem, but i
have had to reformat my hard drive and since then I keep getting this error:
The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer:
The most likely causes for this error are:
1) remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer
2) the maximum number of connections was exceeded at the remote computer
3) A network error occurred while establishing the connection.

I have 10 licenses on the TS and only 6 people logging in at one time, I
have 2 computers at my house that cannot log into it and 2 remote users that
get the same error I get..
Help please !!!!

I did notice that the Terminal Services Licensing is set to Automatic under
services, but it will not start. Here is the error in the Event viewer:

The Terminal Services Licensing service terminated with service-specific
error 29.

I get the exact same error on a Windows2000 pro station
that recently had to be formatted, before it connected
fine. How did you resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You should check that there is enough licenses in the license pool, because
you formated your disk you loose the license so the client needs to get a
new.
