Remote Login using Remote Desktop Connection not working when Host not logged in

When I try and login to a host PC with Remote Desktop Sharing, I can
only login if I am actually logged into that host PC. Meaning if I
reboot the Host PC, and it comes back up, if I am in another office, I
cannot get back into the computer until I physically goto the host
computer and login to the network. Only then can I remotely log back
into to the computer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You need to update the video drivers in the RDP Server (the PC you are
trying to connect to), not the RDP Client (the PC you are connecting from).
Use the latest version from the manufacturer's web site. This is a
particular problem with certain versions of the nVidia driver, especially
the one included with XP SP2.
