remote login from private network to a computer connected to internet

i want to remote login to my computer at home from my company's
private network,the problem is the network in the office is a private
network NATed (i guess) , the ip address of my system is 10.0.0.0
network , i have enabled the remote login in my computer at home and
noted the ip address , but i can't even ping to my computer connected
to internet from my office pc, do anyone got a clue what happened,

You will need to speak to your IT Dept. at work. If they will allow the
traffic, they'll need to open ports in the company firewall.
