Remote Desktop

We are currently running terminal services on a Win2k Server, also have VPN cisco client connection to user workstatioins.
When trying to remote a desktop through a VPN Connection, I get an error message displaying an error

The client could not connect to the remote computer
Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections
It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection

I have checked the obvious, Right clicking on My Computer, Remote Tab, Remote Assistance is enabled, and Remote Desktop is enabled, and ICF is not checked, but we do have a firewall in place

Can anyone help me with this issue

Is the connection from user workstation to W2K server and user workstation
try to connect to W2K server via VPN? where is the firewall?

W2K server does not have remote assistance, just to make sure I understand
your problem.
