Remote Desktop windows Xp

Please help me regarding this problem
I am new user of windows xp and i want to share the
computer of my office from my home. how i will do that. In
our office, all computers are logon with administrator
login and all computers contains automitically assign IP
addresses.

so please help me how i will be able to remotely connect
through internet to my office computer
