Remote desktop will not re-connect after initial connection to remote pc

I have successfully used remote desktop for over 4 1/2 months remoting
from work to home and from home to other pc's that I maintain. Just
recently I have run into a problem that I cannot figure out. I am
able to establish a connection to my home pc and maintain it sometimes
throughout the night or day, however, if I manage to be disconnected,
or if I disconnect or log off I am not able to log back into my
session. In fact I am not even able to establish a connection. This
is what I receive:

Now for all intense and purposes, yes remote connections are enabled,
no the max connections were not exceeded ( I am the only user) and
network issues well, perhaps but then how is the previous 4 1/2
flawless service explained?

I am entirely at a loss here. I have a firewall, NIS 2003, but it
worked fine in the past. When I go home and check the desktop
sometimes the computer is locked and other times it is not. According
to my research I should be able to log back into my session, I should
be the only one (besides the admin) who can unlock my session but I
cannot. And, I can't even log in as the administrator, which I am as
well. I need help. Please help.

Thanks.

I got mine working again. It was either of these:
Uninstalled terminal services and web services and deleted the tsweb in the
iis.
OR
after reinstalling I left the IP address to the default "all or any"
