Remote Desktop Web Connection

I get the following error when attempting to install the
Remote Desktop Web Connection in Windows XP:

"Setup cannot copy the file infocomm.dl_"

I have done many PC's using the CD and continue to use it
on other PC's.

All critical updates have been installed on the PC.

Does any one have a suggestion ??

Usually this is a media problem.. Check to make sure the bottom of
the CD and that the CD drive is clean... They make cleaning kits that
will clean the lens for the CD drive.
