Remote Desktop/Term Services

Hi. A quick question, I have a customer who needs to have remote access to
her computer. Her OS is Windows 2000 Professional. Where can I obtain a
MICROSOFT product that allow me to give her access to her desktop remotely?

Remote access to a W2k Pro workstation by RAS (dialup modem) or VPN is
included in the standard OS. Look in Help under incoming connections.
