Remote Desktop Printing

Hello All,
I am trying to print locally using remote desktop printing. I enabled local
devices at my home ( Disk Drives and Printers). I can able to come to my work
PC using remote desktop, But i cannot able to print.
This is our set up at Work: Windows 2003 Std edition with service pack1. We
are running with active directory with default domain policy.
I am getting error message as follows: Operation could not be completed.
Either the printer name was typed incorrectly, or the specified printer has
lost its connection to the server.
Now my question is how to resolve this issue, Please help me out

The local (your home) print drivers must be installed on the remote system
(your work).

Install the print drivers, reboot and try again.
