remote desktop - how can I enable it on Win2000 server

I have a windows 2000 server that I have been trying to
get back up and have got it all together except for the
RDC setup that I can't figure out. I have looked all over
MS support for an easy step-by-step procedure...but found
nothing that I could make work. I need some help - let me
know if there is somewhere to get it.

It is not called Remote Desktop in Win2k. It is Terminal Services and it is
added under Add/Remove Programs and then add/remove windows components. This
is only available for 2 administrative connections so the users must be
administrators or if you install it in application mode then users will be
able to connect but you will have to setup a Terminal Server licensing
server and purchase the licenses.
