remote desktop & entrust login

hello, i have a problem that I can't find documented anywhere.

I have set up an XP pro pc in my home to allow remote desktop connections.
This machien happens to have an entrust client installed on it as well, this
client kinda takes over the regualr windows login screen, but its only used
to connect to work, every time i boot up, i by pass the entrust login.

so anyway, back to my proplem, when i try to connect to the xp machine with
the client, the remote session hangs at the "windows is starting up" dialog.
i suspect this is due to the entrust protection, but surely i can bypass
this somehow during a remote session?

i have googled this to death and found nothign

Hi,

I've often found that this occurs if the user has not already logged into
the target machine. I use a workaround of leaving the user logged on all the
time.

Hi,

Don't know as I don't use it. Have you tried contact them (entrust) yet?
