Remote Desktop Disconnected error

We have a Cisco Load Balancer and on just the Terminal Servers that
are being passed through that, we are getting the following VBScript:
Remote Desktop Disconnectd. An Internal Error has occurred. It is
intermitent. It happens 1-30 minutes after the user has connected.
There are no entries in the event log. Port 3389 is allowed through
the routers on our network. The Load Balancer seems to be functioning
correctly. What could possibly be the issue? We are using 5.2.3663.0
of the OCX, and in 3 weeks will be upgrading all the sites nationwide
to 5.2.3790.0.

Maybe the load balancer is closing the connection
prematurely. Try enabling keep alives on the terminal
server...
