Remote Desktop connects then disconnects immediately

I have been using a Dell Truemobile 2300 router for my home network and I set
the DMZ to my laptop. I connect to my laptop from work using no-ip and of
course remote desktop connection. This worked fine. Recently I bought a
WRT54GC Compact Wireless-G Broadband Router and I also set thre DMZ to my
laptop. Once I try to establish a connection it works fine and I then enter
my username and password. However, after this the screen stays black and the
connection times out. Once I get home and login to my Windows account on my
laptop I notice that the network connection has been terminated. How do I
resolve this?

Also, I have multiple users on my laptop and everytime another account is
logged into while another stays connected the previous account loses internet
connection. How would I resolve this?

Thank you

I am having the same problem on one of my client's computers. When
connecting through RDP, I am able to get the initial login windows, but after
entering username and password, the screen on the host machine goes blank,
and all I get on the client machine is a blank blue background screen. I
have tried connecting inside the local network and across the internet with
the same results. I have checked every setting that I know of, but cannot
find the cause of this. Any help would be greatly appreciatied in this
matter.
