Remote Desktop Connection

There is a domain controller (win2k Server) with 200
clients (winxp pro). all users have accounts (username and
password) and I am administrator.

I would like to use the Remote Desktop connection to
connect to their computer and fix their problem.
when i connect, Remote asks me to log on to their
computers. suppose i do not have their password so I can
connect with Administrative Account but in this way some
of changes will not apply to user's profile.

Is in Windows 2k server any way to have all user's
password?
(I know, i can reset their passwords in Active Directory,
but it's not easy way)

short of reseting the password (if you are trying to log in as them) nothing
you can do

the other option when conencting to their XP pro machine is to have them do
a remote assitance request..

i could do it. but i'm just Screen View Only. how can i
have full connection.
