I have a user in-office who connects to servers at another location through
remote desktop connection. She is claiming that the connection actually
times out after while and she has to log back in. Can anyone shed some light
on this? She is working from a Windows XP Professional laptop, and
connecting to a Windows 2000 Server. We do have an ISA Server bewteen the
offices, and I dont know if that has anything to do with it. She also says
that this problem only occurs while in the office, that when she VPN's in
from home and does the same thing, it doesnt time out. Any help is MUCH
appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Chris

Check the server's terminal services properties. It may be set to
disconnect sessions after a certain period of time.
