remote desktop connection software

how do you use remote desktop connection in windows 2k
professional, so that i can remote into all of our pc's
here at work? i have it installed on two pc's but neither
can see the other.
 
The remote desk top client only works when the host is
winxp or win2k server.
 
Just to split hairs, the remote desktop client works on
all systems. However, the server component, terminal
services, only runs on Windows 2000 server or above,
Windows XP Pro, Windows NT Terminal Server Edition, or
Windows Server 2003.
