Remote Desktop connection problems

I've been trying to use Remote desktop but every time it
says its too busy to stablish any connections. Can anyone
tell me how to fix it by e-mailing me?

Can you give us detail steps, what machine you try to connect, to get the
'too busy to establish any connections' message?
