Remote Desktop connection Idle Timeout

I have a client using remote desktop connection through the sbs2003 remote
site to connect to his XP workstation at his office. I can not find the Idle
timeout setting.
Can anyone tell me how to extend the Idle time period.

Thank you

Give this a try -

Go into the registry - HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server,

Create/edit the DWORD value KeepAliveEnable.
Set it to 1.

This should turn on Kepp Alive and send a heartbeat with the system.

Thank You Techdango,

I will try it. I am assuming this entry should be made on the workstation
hosting the remote connection.
