Remote Desktop Connect Not Working outsie LAN

I am able to connect sucessfully to WIN XP Pro computer usine RDC. However
I am unable to connect from outside the LAN.

The firewall (LinkSYS Router has nothing turned on and the Windows Firewall
is set to work with RDC based on instructions from Microsoft.

My configuration looks like this:

/_/ ----internet--------> | Cable Modem| ------>|Linksys Rounter|<-----
Vonage Phones
|
|
|Computer C|
|

--------------

| Wireless AP|

---------------

| |

| |
-------------
---------------
|
Computer A| | Computer B|
| XP
Pro | | XP Home |

Computer B can Access A no problem
Computer C can not access at all

I have tried using IP address of Computer A (192.168.xxx.xx)
I have tried using the extrernal IP of Computer A (68.123.xxx.xx)
I have tried tacking on the port 3389 at the end of each address
(192.168.xxx.xx:3389)

But I get the same "can't access message everytime.

Is there an issue passing through the cable modem to the linksys to the
wireless access point.

do a simple test. Can you telnet the port 3389?
