Is Remote Desktop a different service to Terminal Service. Does remote
desktop require port 3389 open on the router as well ??? Or Remote desktop
works on another port different to terminal service???? Thanks

I though so too. But with remote desktop you can even remotely use your
workstation too, not just terminal server.
Can Remote desktop/ Remote Web client be configured to work on the http port
80??? Because I am behind a corporate firewall and the only port 80 is
available and open...thanks

No, you still need to open the port for TS.
