Remote Session Disconnected

I have a windows 2003 server that I was using the remote desktop connection
to remotely control the server. One day I try to connect to it and I get an
error message stating " The remote session was disconnected because there
are no terminal server license servers available to provide a license" It
seems to me that someone enable terminal service apps mode. I have gone in
and uninstalled terminal service on 2003 server but still get the same
message when trying to connect using the remote desktop. Could someone
please help so I can use remote desktop again.

When you go into add/remove programs, terminal services is
uninstalled, right?

And remote desktop is on? You can verify this by right
clicking your my computer and going to properties.
