Remote assistant

When I try to use remote assistant, I get the following message:

"An administrator has denied permission to use Windows Messenger. For
information, contact your administrator".

I am a single user, in WindowsXP-Home, and loggin as an Adminstrator.
Please, can any of the wise men give me a step by step procedure to enable
this feature?.

Note: I installed the last version of Windows Messenger, and it works
flowlessly.
