Remote Assistance

My OS is Vista. I'm using remote assistance in Windows Live Messenger
Version 2008 (Build 8.5.1302.1018). After the requests to connect have been
made and accepted I receive an error message as follows:

"Windows remote assistance is closing. An uknown error occurred so the
session was disconnected. Try restarting your session. If you continue to
get this message, contact your adminstrator or technical support."

Sometimes the Remote Assistance toolbar will appear, as though it is
connected, but it isn't.

Can anyone help?

When you open Live Messenger, do it with a rightclick, and 'run as
administrator'
