Remote Assistance

Everytime I try to launch a Remote Assistance Invitation, the remote assistance box comes up, I click Yes and another box comes up immediately stating that I cannot connect to the other computer - please try again later. Any ideas would be Great. Thanks

We are behind a firewall on a LAN. The only box that comes up states "cannot connect to the other computer - please try again later." This comes up immediately after I click the OK button to connect. It did work at one time. Others on the LAN can Remote assist with no problem. Thanks.
