Remote Assistance

I am trying to get ym users in the field to use this option, but I am having
trouble connecting. They get a message through to me with no problem, but
when trying to connect I am getting "cannot access remote server". They are
not on a server system. Anyone have any clues?
 
Check to see if you have remote assistance enabled. To do
so, right click 'My Computer' on your desk top, click
properties/ click the 'remote' tab, choose 'allow remote
assistance.'
 
Yes I did that. This is going to seem REAL stupid. IS this only available in
XP PRO? I have it on mine, but when asking the remote site to check that
they don'y have the option like I do. Then it hit me that it may be a PRO
Only thing...
